About me
Hi! My name is Ava, I'm 19, and I'm studying to become a teacher.
I’ve always believed that the world becomes a little brighter every time someone learns something new. Maybe that's why I chose pedagogy — I want to understand how people grow, how they open up, how a single kind word can change the direction of someone's life.
I'm 19. I don’t have all the answers, but I’m learning. I want to grow, to stumble, to laugh at myself, to try again. Because everything important is still ahead, and I’m ready for it.
For me, university is not only lectures and textbooks; it's a place where I'm slowly learning who I want to be. Some mornings I feel like the most organized person on Earth: color-coded notes, a perfectly planned day, a cup of tea in hand. And then there are days when I sprint across campus because I forgot my schedule… again.
I love the little moments that make my day feel whole: sunlight on the classroom desks, the laughter of first-year students in the hallway, the comforting sound of chalk on the board. I keep a small notebook in my bag — full of lesson ideas, random thoughts, and doodles made during especially long lectures.
Of course, it gets overwhelming sometimes. There are days when assignments pile up, when self-doubt sneaks in, when nothing seems to work out. But then someone shares a story, or I read a beautiful paragraph in a book, and I remember why I chose this path — because teaching is as much about the heart as it is about knowledge.
